Printable Test Jig

Before committing to the full build, print the alignment test jig to verify tolerances and motion fit. The test jig STL is included in the download pack. If you purchased previously, re-download the latest ZIP from your account/email link.

  • Calibrate extrusion width and wall count until the jig fits are snug but not tight.
  • Check that the TPU parts grip without dragging.
  • Confirm clearance with carriage travel at low speed first.
